Can I change the payment method after ordering?+
If the order is still awaiting payment, cancel it and order again. For paid orders, please contact us.
How long does international shipping take?+
Orders ship within 1–3 days of payment and usually arrive in 5–14 days by EMS depending on the country. We email the tracking number once shipped.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?+
By default the recipient pays them on delivery (DDU). Checkout shows an estimate for your country.
How do I return or exchange an item?+
Request it within 7 days of delivery from My page > Orders. Return shipping is deducted for change-of-mind returns.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
International cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), digital wallets and Korean bank transfer. Payments are charged in KRW.
Do you offer dojang bulk orders?+
Yes. Send us the items and quantities via Contact us and we will reply with a group quote and invoice.
